October 2018: Launching the new central location for my classes!

Inside the beautiful Westchester Kyokushin Karate & Kickboxing Studio in downtown Hastings-on-Hudson (22 Main Street).

Ample street parking as well as a parking lot across the street.

Comfortable clothing is recommended and mats will be provided; no other equipment will be required.

Classes for all levels - come one, come all!

I have always been interested in the practice of Yoga, however, there was never really an opportunity for me. First of all, I work multiple shift just to be able to keep my living, so I had no time to even attempt to do Yoga. Another reason was because there were no facilities nearby that teaches Yoga. Recently, a Yoga class has appeared around my neighborhood and it got me really excited. I would not want to miss out on this perfect opportunity.
